Accepting Deliveries

Our policy is to obtain signatures with every delivery. Please ensure that somebody is available to accept the delivery package at the address. This process ensures your goods are fully insured and trackable.

Order Tracking

We provide tracking details for every order so that you may track your parcel. A consignment note (aka "con note") number will be provided to you. Simply contact the delivery company via their website to track your delivery.

We use the following delivery companies depending on the destination address.

• International - FEDEX (www.fedex.com)
• National (overnight, up to 5kg) - Australian Air Express (www.aae.com.au)
• National (all other) - Fastway Couriers (www.fastway.com.au)
