Do you sell products that are Australian made and how do I go about finding them?

We have a tremendous range of Australian made products. The best way to go about finding the Australian made products is to enter the phrase "MADE IN AUSTRALIA" into the search field. The search engine will return all Australian made products currently in our catalogue.
Please note if you click on a product and the "MADE IN AUSTRALIA" is not mentioned in the description, it is therefore not made in Australia.

How is it possible to charge a standard freight of $12.50?

To answer the question in truth. It is not. Our system is set up to charge freight as one off average. If a parcel is sent within any capital city of Australia the $14.50 applies up to 25kg. The exception cities are Darwin, Perth and Hobart. Additional freight charges may apply for remote locations and will be quoted before processing of order.

Do you ship products around the world?

Of course, we have shipped to satisfied customers in France, Norway, USA, China, Japan, Korea (just to name a few)! We are happy to ship products worldwide, however, please note that the freight charges will vary from what is quoted on the website. Therefore, we ask you to send us a product enquiry regarding the product and we'll quote you the charges accordingly.

When I order a clothing item, how do I select the size I need?

When you proceed to check out, you will notice a window where all the available sizes are displayed. Simply delete the sizes that you don't require. If you accidently delete the size you require, just type it back in again! You can also add special Comments when completing the order form.

How do I select the correct size for clothing?

We appreciate that purchasing clothing and footwear online can be tricky, so we endeavour to make this as easy and accurate as possible for you.
There is a link to the Sizing Charts page at the bottom of this website. You will find links to sizing charts and a handy conversion table for Mens, Womens and Kids. All clothing sizes listed on the website are based on this standard, so you can rest assured your clothes will be the correct fit and comfort when delivered to you. If we make a mistake related to sizing your order, it will be exchanged at our expense.

How do I order an item you do not carry?

It is Outdoors Online's goal to satisfy all your outdoors and recreation needs even if the item you're looking for isn't listed on our website. Please send your product request to us via the Contact Us form, or simply via this link.

How do I change my details?

If you have an existing account with us, simply Sign In with your username (email address) and password. Once logged in, click the "Manage" link at the top of the website to view / modify your account details. Please contact us if you have any trouble, remember to provide your email address, full name and contact number so that we may verify your identity. All enquiries are handled with strict confidentiality in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

After signing up, I am unable to sign into my account

All new accounts must be verified before you can sign in. A verification email is automatically sent to you upon signing up - while usually this email is received within a few minutes, sometimes this delay may take longer. Some email services may incorrectly flag emails from outdoorsonline.com.au as spam / junk mail, so please check there also. We ask you to wait for 48 hrs before contacting us with your problem, and one of our sales staff will promptly look into it for you.

How do I change my email address?

All accounts are uniquely identified by their email address. Therefore we recommend that you Sign Up using an email address that you can access freely and is not subject to change (eg. home, not work).
You can change your email address simply by 1) Creating a new account using the new email address (you will need to go through the same procedure as before, including the email confirmation process to verify ownership of your new email address), then 2) Please notify us of the change so that we may disable your old account.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept MasterCard, Visa and direct / bank transfer via PayPal, the world's largest and most trusted online payment system. You do not need to be a PayPal customer to use this feature. Note: the shopping cart is a secure facility that is integrated into the website. The website uses 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption which protects your personal information. Do you price match?

We feel our prices are very competitive within the industry, and we continue to strive to honour our commitment to sell quality products at a fair price. Due to the very nature of our business, we are unable to match other companies prices. We believe our prices are reasonable, quite often cheaper than the competition after Web Code discounts (where applicable). Furthermore, we strive and continually deliver unsurpassed customer service and support to make your shopping experience relevant and enjoyable here at Outdoors Online. Note: we do provide bulk discounts and group sales and would be happy to accomodate you where possible.

We are putting on a charity event, do you donate?

If you are thinking of Outdoors Online as a source of support, we attempt to help as many charitable causes as we can. We must, however, base our contribution decisions on an established set of criteria. To apply, please include the following in an email addressed to info@outdoorsonline.com.au:
- complete contact information (physical street address, e-mail, phone) - event plans and organisation name - exact dates - number of people involved - what groups benefit from our donation - the part you would like Outdoors Online Australia to play and what that would specifically include.
We require about six weeks notice to successfully process your request. Please email us and we will gladly consider it!
